Terms of Service

By using HyitenBot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

1. Service Description

HyitenBot provides AI-assisted group chat features on Telegram and LINE Messenger, including but not limited to:

• Automated message translation
• AI-generated text and analysis
• Meeting link generation and scheduling (Jitsi Meet, Google Meet)
• Cryptocurrency price alerts
• Reminders and calendar events

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Bot for:

• Illegal, abusive, or malicious activities
• Spamming, harassment, or mass unsolicited messaging
• Attempting to bypass rate limits or disrupt the service's infrastructure
• Generating illegal or harmful content via the AI integrations

3. Third-Party Integrations & APIs

HyitenBot integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar API, Telegram API, LINE Messaging API, and various LLM providers.

• Google Calendar: If you authorize the Bot to use Google Calendar, it will only create events with Meet links attached upon your explicit command. We do not guarantee the constant availability of Google's API.
• AI Providers: Responses generated by the Bot are produced by third-party AI models. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, hallucinations, or inappropriate content generated by these models.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShieldFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Bot. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses due to reliance on crypto price alerts or missed calendar events.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to block your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
